Mr. Kyle Turner
Mr. Turner has been an educator for over twenty years. Beginning his career in Salinas, California (1994) and moving to Redding in 1998, Mr. Turner has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal and associate superintendent. He joins Central Valley after 8 years in an executive leadership position in Redding. He desired a return to a school site where he could make an impact for students and the community. His greatest satisfaction in education remains being a part of a school campus and working with communities to reach new levels of student achievement and school culture.
He attended UC Davis and graduated in 1994 with a degree in English Literature as well as lettering in football. He has been married 19 years and has 3 children. Mr. Turner is excited to bring ideas and enthusiasm to Central Valley and looks forward to building on the rich tradition of Central Valley!

Mrs. Angela Gonzales
Mrs. Angela Gonzales graduated from Hayward State University with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Real Estate. She worked in the private sector for twelve years. Through volunteer time in the education realm, she fell in love with teaching. She returned to school and earned her Teaching Credentials. She has been an Educator for 18 years. Nine of those years were at Central Valley High School as a well respected Spanish Teacher. Angela earned her Master Degree in Educational Leadership from Sacramento State University in 2008. She subsequently spent a year at Buckeye School of the Arts as an Assistant Principal before being asked to return to CVHS. She is committed to the Shasta Lake community and it's youth.
Angela enjoys working with youth, appreciates the challenges, and truly enjoys the rewards of seeing students succeed. She has been married for 22 years and has two adult daughters.
